Thanks to Simon Gennaro for this review; Jim and I saw Simon at Queen’s University taking Mining 307 recently, and in the last year on a technical consulting assignment we met in a mine setting as well. Nice to see Simon starting his career productively, and it’s always nice to see our students being successful in the workplace! After this 16 month internship, Simon is back at Queen’s again, finishing in April this year (2019). I have no doubt of his near-future success, having seen him in 2 different environments now.
