Fernando is an experienced primary resource industry Professional holding senior and executive positions both domestically in Columbia and internationally. In his executive and senior management roles for large multi-national companies, he has lead audit functions, business development, business improvement, lead technical and operating teams in starting operations, and has had an interest in and successfully mentored many people.
Fernando enjoys consulting, and with his background the assignments he takes are varied and challenging. He has taken senior roles with junior companies when required, and other short-term assignments at times.
Fernando is a Senior Partner with Jim Decker & Associates Inc. and works with Jim and Aiden delivering classroom training and field coaching for various mining companies globally.
